Event Details:
- Date: November 17, 2023
- Location: Poe’s Tavern Park, Soddy-Daisy, TN
- Event Time: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Vendor Operating Hours: 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Event Highlights:
- 3:00 pm: Vendor setup begins
- 5:00 pm: Event kickoff with a reading of Polar Express
- 5:00 pm: Santa & Mrs. Claus in Poe’s Tavern
- 5:30 pm: Performances start
- 5:45 pm: Tree lighting ceremony begins
- 6:00 pm: Tree lighting with a 62-foot Christmas tree
- 6:05 pm: Performances continue

Vendor Setup:
- Check-In: Vendors must check in upon arrival.
- Electricity: Available on a first-come, first-serve basis at pavilions. Bring extension cords if needed.
- Pavilion Usage: I have two pavilions that can be used by vendors on special request but preference will go to a vendor who has a need first. Please text me your requests at 602-491-7037 if you NEED to use a pavilion.
- Provided Amenities: Only booth space allocated. Vendors must arrange their own canopies, tables, and chairs.
- Operating Hours: Vendors can start setting up at 3pm and are encouraged to be ready for early sales. Vendors must be setup by 4:30 pm.
Vendor Parking:
- You can park near your booth in the parking lot or on grass if there is enough room.
Important Information:
- Weather Monitoring: Event is rain or shine. Please prepare for varying weather conditions.
- Volunteer Support: Volunteers will be available for assistance starting around 4:30 pm. Cindi Sanden will be on site at 3 pm.
- Safety: Ensure your booth is free of hazards, including secure electrical setup. Especially since it will be dark.
2023 Soddy-Daisy Christmas Event Vendor, Exhibitor & Volunteer Terms and Conditions
By participating in the 2023 Soddy-Daisy Christmas Event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Age and Competency: Participants must be over 18 years of age or have a parent or legal guardian’s consent.
- Released Parties: Refers to Keep Soddy-Daisy Beautiful, the City of Soddy-Daisy, and any sponsors, volunteers, or entities associated with the event.
- Liability and Risks:
- Participants assume all risks associated with their participation.
- Keep Soddy-Daisy Beautiful and associated parties are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred.
- Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the event.
- Insurance: Vendors are required to carry their own general liability insurance and must provide proof upon request.
- Intellectual Property: Participants grant Keep Soddy-Daisy Beautiful the right to use any photographs, videos, or likenesses taken during the event for promotional purposes.
- Weather: The event will take place rain or shine. Participants should be prepared for varying weather conditions.
